Deborah McGregor Cascino was born in Austin, Texas. She graduated from Mineral Wells High School. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of law.
She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in May 2004 and is a member of numerous bar associations including the Parker County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Texas State Bar Family Law Section, and the American Bar Association General Practice, Solo, and Small Firm Section. She regularly attends continuing legal education courses in family law. She is a member of the American Bar Association and American Trial Lawyers Association.
She has experience representing people in family court matters including child custody, visitation, adoption and related matters. She has practical business and law experience having worked as a paralegal for years before getting her license to practice law by the State of Texas.
